I need your thoughts.....I bought a Scorpion full face helmet a while back and at first everything seemed fine. Fit is good. Everything working OK. However, when I wear it for more than an hour or so, it gives me an ache in my jaw and ears. I think the padding is pushing on my jaw or something and causing me to get an ache in my ears and jaw. Has anyone else experienced anything similar. Looking for some answers or suggestions....

Sounds like you didn't get the correct size helmet. I've not tried Scorpion helmets, but perhaps their sizing is not the same as other manufactures???
the cheek pads snap out if you want more room. or just get the next size up next time you buy a helmet. most dealerships wont let you return them once youve worn them.
The interior can be exchanged to either one size up or down depending on the helmet size, can't remember. I think you can buy the new interior pad for fairly cheap. Check with your dealer he might help you if its not been too long.

I have a Scoroion as well. I believe you can take apart the padding. It is layered and held together by a thin layer of adhesive. Just trim the pad where you feel it is tight and reinstall. That should fix the prob.
