Been checking on-line for a new 160/60-18 and came up with a few different Metz tires....is it the "Marathon"...the tread looks the same as what I have seen on the forum, but sides look tall ?

I personally had the 880 on my 9, But my bro has the roadtec z6. They both feel the same. JMHO :bigthumbsup:

ME880 Marathon is the correct Metzeler tire to run on the 9. I have the 160/60 front and 280/35 rear on one of my 9s, and they are great. However, make sure you check the manufactured date on the tire to make sure you are not getting on old tire that has just been sitting around in someone's inventory for a while.

I am also lookin at a Dunnie sportmax....it seems a bit better than the Metz ME 880 and a tad cheaper...plus I'm runnin the 250 dunnie E3 on the rear:

im running the E3 out back as well but the combo of the two is great. and i have heard that the dunnie out front wears funny on the 109.:dontknow:

Thanks....tho I never heard that before :bigthumbsup:

I think the 880 looks like an off-road tire compared to some of the others :D

The Dunny looks good. Too late, but the Metz.s you would want are; front:ME880 XXL 160/60 VR18. Rear:ME880 XXL 260/40 VR18

where is the best place to get 160/60r18 ft metz
I think twobrotherstires.com (or something like that) has a good price
