What are the best pipes available for performance on the C109? I've had Hard Krome and Vance and Hines big shots on my VTX 1800. Dealer here in Decatur told me cobras didn't fit real well and had to trim something on side of bike? I'd like something with a crossover. Also is a fuel manager necessary or can you run after market pipes without them without running too lean? On my VTX I run a Techlusion to add fuel on lower end to stop the "popping"

Pipes

G'day,
Jim from Metric Thunder recommends Hard Krome 2into1 Side Burner. Says they give a nice growl on throttle and mellow to your own ears when cruising. Roadburners don't make pipes anymore :'(. They were a sweet looking pipe. He'll do them for $634.95 US. Gary from GMan industries put me onto him. Hope this helps. I'm still undecided. :dontknow:I kinda like the two pipe look. Cheers.
