Still trying to find the sweet spot for the V stream touring. I am about 5-11 and have the 2" kewl metal risers. So far it seems like the lower I put the mounts, the better it works. :dontknow:

Anyone else run this setup?

I have the 2" extensions and the V-Stream touring. I found the same thing, you either run it low so the wind is blocked from your chest, or modify it to get it higher. Mounted with the brackets and raised all the way up gave me helmet buffeting. I removed the lower bracket and made a mount to attach mine to the headlight nacelle, which lowers the front and raises the rear up about 3" more. Only problem with that is you get air over the tank that goes up under your helmet.

I think a modified V-Stream and lowers is a good ticket, or get a Rifle shield with lowers.

I found that if I adjust the windshield about 1/2 inch above the nacel or head light is about the best place for me I'm 5-11 not much wind in the face or chest
