Has anyone else had an issue with the 109 transmission? My bike is 2 yrs old and the 2nd gear is toast! Should have purchased that extended warranty when I had an opportunity.

Yes my friend. you are not the only one that has/is having this problem.

Unfortunately, a few have had it. Not a large percentage but enough that it shows up once in a while. Rebuilding it with new gears and shift forks fixes it. Some have had the gears undercut which also helps a lot.
