I put mine on a 4' x 8' but you have to sink the front end(pull it down with straps) a bit with your straps to close the gate. You will want to do that a bit anyway to control the shocks springing everytime you stop and go. It is very close so make sure you put a towel between the license plate and the gate. I am looking for a larger one now....huh...now that wife has bike I will need extra wide as well as longer.

I put mine in my buddy's 5X8 enclosed trailer and it fit fine you should be ok

If it is a close fit you could fabricate a bracket where the gate pin is and extend it back a few inches to clear the back of the bike. If you have room just drill a hole further back?

Or you can just angle the bike using the front corner as a wheel chock :)

used to do this all the time with my motorcrossers in my short bed.
