Traded my 9 for something better suited for touring, But I wanted to thank this community; you guys saved my ass so many times…
Now I've got something I can pick up by myself push around easily And feels like a go Kart or a moped something tiny and that's kind of fun. But it has no balls, I’m 66 and really don’t ride that hard anymore.
So saying goodbye, again many thanks for the last 14 years or so. So I wanted to leave you with these words I just read recently in rider magazine “dress for the slide not the ride. As far as ATGATT. Only wear it when you know your going to crash! Even when it's hot as hell I'd rather sweat than bleed.

I enjoy riding the Nine because it fits me so well. I am not into peg scraping or stop light racing, but the responsiveness, handling, smoothness, and great looks make it one of my favorite bikes. I am 75 and hope to be riding as long as I can hold the bike up.

Best of luck, and come back and tell us how you look it once you've had it a while. I'm 68, soon to be 69, and I've thought a few times about getting something smaller. But every time I look I keep going back to how much I like what I have. Plus I can always ride my wife's C50T if I want smaller. But even with it, I can't say the 109 is that much harder to ride. And I'm confident with it.
I'm 61, had my Nine 16 years and near 40,000. Still love the bike. Love the look, the way it rides and handles, and the nice power it makes. Sure, it's not anywhere near what my B-King can do. But, that's why I have both. Some days I just want to kick ass, and the B-King fills that need.
