I All. I installed new grips tonight. Pretty easy job, however, when I installed the new grips, the throttle no longer "snaps" back to place when I release the throttle. No matter how I adjust it it does not go back quickly when released. What did I do wron? I used a little 3 in 1 oil but that didn't help. Any ideas what I did wrong?

BTW, I installed these grips pictured below.

Mine was sticking too but that was because my cruise control was on a bit crooked. I had also used too much glue before that trying to fix the rubber on to the plastic on the lod ones before going to my new Kuryakyn grips.

By the way those are nice looking grips, what are they?

I suggest looking at the cables inside the housing. Maybe they are not on track.
That was what happened with mine. The rear push cable slipped off the track and was wedging between the grip and the housing.

Hope you like em. I didn't have any trouble with mine when I installed then. Wierd. :dontknow:
