Has anyone noticed that on the 2006 GSXR600 and 750 that Suzuki has adopted the Buell style of exhaust. Real short and tucked underneath. No pipes showing by the back wheel or fender like normal.

Yeah, I always thought Buell was pretty ingenious for putting the exhaust down below...I've noticed quite a few different bikes have that style now...the new Gixxers, R6, even the new Ninja 650...

For that size of a bike the stock exhaust has a pretty deep tone. Very unusual for a 600. Sounds pretyy good.
