what a PITA this thing was. splicing into the factory horn was not hard, routing the wires was not hard, understanding the instructions when you have very little electrical skills and confidence was not that hard.
The hard part was, trying to figure out how to install this damn thing on the right side. I had to relocate my SET valve. Make two brackets. (jacked the first one up) I got it all done 3 mins past the time I wanted to get done. I lower the bike and look. it is sitting right on the swing arm. This thing is going to smash the battery box due to the travel. Two more hours trying to reposition this dang horn. Every time I would think I had a good spot, the side panels would not fit. So it's back to the way I had it in the first place. Took it for a quick ride. So far so good. Fridays road trip will be the true test.
Would I do this again???? Yeah. I love working on my bike.
