Anyone else have problems with a squeaky SET valve.... I know GSXR is notorious for it, and mines making noise when I turn key and turn fuel pump on

Common problem. I had my pipes replaced under warranty for that issue and it came right back.

If it bothers you too much and you don't want to swap to aftermarket pipes to get rid of it, just disconnect it. It's spring loaded to stay open, so all you have to do is remove the cables and replace the cam on the actuator with a fake cam, or pull the wire off the ECM to disable the FI light.
