Hi Everyone8)
Has anyone tried the Servo Buddy on their M109R?
It plugs into your wiring in place of the Set Valve when you remove the stock exhaust with the set valve in place, so you don't throw a Fi light, with aftermarket pipes.Does it work?:dontknow:

We also create this item. But someone fast then me.

We hope the item could be replace By-pass cam pulley.

Because the cam angle signal is come from ECM.

But ECM don't know the valve is not working any more.

So our design is let the ECM know that valve is always keep full open.
Please offer right fuel !!

if the Servo eliminator just make FI light gone. and didn't feedback valve full open signal.
the effect only same with you unplug NO.7 pin.

This is good for after-market pipe with stock engine.
if you mod fuel manager , the helpful is less.

Hi Rainey good to hear from you again.
So what you are saying is keep the servo motor connected with the by-pass cam pulley for better performance because the ECM is getting feedback from Servo motor?

Rainy are you saying that you have found that the ecm still looks for an open signal from the set and if its not there because of pulling the #7 wire that it has a negative effect on the fuel manager?

Thinking to what Rainey said I think that he is right
because when servo motor closed ECM recieves a signal of 1.5volts.When servo motor opens the ECU recieves a voltage of 4.5volts telling the ECU that valve is fully open.
Had the same problem with my 08 ZX10R when I replaced the exhaust but left the servo motor connected with the bypass cam installed and found that I had better fuel delivery with the servo connected, instead of the servo Eliminater or disconnecting the system all together.(which I tried)
Now some people might disagree, but it is what worked for me with the best results.

Hi mate can you help me guide to remove the f1 error so I can get ride of the servo noise and error.
Welcome to the forum. This post is 10 years old so I doubt any of the original posters will respond. If the FI error is from a bad or removed SET valve servo, the fix is simple. Just remove the servo completely and install the Servo Buddy. That should fix it.
