Hey all, I e-mail Corbin this morning about the availablity of some kind of storage for the 109. While they could not help me in that regard they did give a hint about some up-comming bags they have in the works!

Of course given how much they want for they're seat I wouldn't doubt that the bags cost $2k or better. ::)

Even so its nice to know that some stuff is starting to be released!!!

Anyway here is the e-mail they sent me.

Mark,
We do not offer any type of bag for your backrest. For that you will need
to check with either T-Bag or Sac. Both have a good selection for our
backrests.
However, we are right now in the process of designing a set of bags for
your bike! A fairing also! Both are now being designed, so I figure in
about a month or two they should be ready. If you can hang in there a bit
longer we will have some beautiful storage available soon!

along with the back-rest for the M109R. Now i would like to get some
luggage that I could attach to the back-rest. Something that I can fit
several days worth of clothes in since there really are very few other
options for the 109 at this time. I'm thinking something like the T-Bags
Tohe. Is there anything made by Corbin that I should also consider?

A month or 2 after being designed???? That must mean "the flash" works there!
Suzuki paraded their accessories around last fall.... How many have been able to get even a backrest where only the mounting bracket is new???

I will believe it when I see it.

I hear ya Sledzep, I've been waiting on my engine guards and bag brackets since the end of MAY...OK...I'm patient..but c'mon ZUKI. There is a lot more stuff available here than from Suzuki..and at a lot better prices.

My backrest mounting hardware has been on order since Mid June when I bought the bike.
The latest release date, I was told yesterday, is Sept 10th. I will believe it when I receive it!
