I'm riding to Micanopy and then just around the area, probably Williston to Cross City back to the Gainesville area.

It was a perfect day for riding, started out heading down SR21 to Orange Springs, then headed west to Cross Creek, Checked out the Yearling Restaurant, pretty cool, they had a old black guy picking a guitar, playing a harmonica and singing the blues. Pretty cool, he must have been 75 or better and he just kept pickin and singin, felt like Memphis or something, after lunch we headed over to Micanopy, they had some big festival and all the roads were blocked off. I've been sick for the last week and did not feel like doing a bunch of walking so we just road on, found some cool roads on a awesome day.
If your ever near Hawthorne Fl. you need to find Gordon Chappel Rd. So far this is my favorite road to ride on in FL. Only 5 miles long, but not much traffic, good twisty road, lots of fun.

I'm going riding with my Dad tomorrow. Gunna try to get up early and hit the backroads with the old man. Maybe I"ll bring the camera and get some nice pics of our day.
