Anything recently from Revo cycles? I’m a month and a half still no shipping info….I’m starting to worry I got screwed? I ordered full exhaust $1650 and knight rider light v5 and communication is bare minimum from this guy. Should I be worried?

I’m new here. It seems to me like revo used to be mentioned a lot a long time ago. I found another place that was selling parts that might have been a lot busier in the past too, they did not seem to care too much either. Maybe the M109R is just getting a little long in the tooth. ( I think thats what they say) Anyway, if they are ignoring you that is troubling. At least ask them to tell you what is going on. How did you pay? Is there any way to get your money back?

when i ordered stuff from them they didn't let me know it was ordered or dispatched .. very annoying .. i got my stuff though and it was quality ... drop them an email and ask what is going on, that's what i did and i got a reply ... i hate it when vendors take your money and don't tell you it is out of stock and you have to wait on it coming back in ...

Exactly. That has happened to me more than once. Communication and honesty are super important to keep a happy customer.

I personally have never heard of anyone getting screwed over by Revo. But I have heard a lot of stories about it taking a long time to receive the merchandise.
The current situation in that part of the world probably is not helping to make things faster either.
You can whatsapp Rainey from Revo directly (video chat, phone or message) at +886937149860
He also used to have a contact here in the USA in Pennsylvania, but I no longer see that information listed.

I would also agree with SillyRabbit and recommend buying Revo products through Meancycles in Florida.
JC from Meancycles has a long standing working relationship with Revo, so he probably has a better line of direct communication with them.

I agree with all the above. Rainey seems to be a stand up guy, I've talked to him personally. The only time I remember anyone having issues with his product was a time or two when the finish on his exhaust was flaking, and he took care of that. It seems like nowadays it's hard to get communication from a lot of sellers.
