I searched the forum for the answer, but found nothing conclusive.

I think they are 11.5mm (0.453") which is a standard size for most cars and bikes. Some really old stuff had 16mm stems, and there were some that had really small stems, like 8 or 9 mm. When I put the new rims on mine I just went to an auto store and got standard stems and they worked. Most come with a reversible rubber grommet that lets it fit different sizes.

I've ordered 90' valves off Ebay just last week. Still need to fit 'em up, but to get the straight chuck on is a PITA. I also bought a couple of 90' screw on Schraders for the time being. (One for the Strom.)
