I've have heard that kuryakyn 8828
Will fit into that rear position
Just wondering

Well after a short search
Kuryakyn 8828 seems to be the adaptor

there's only one little problem with that adaptor 8828,
Is you have to file down the edge as I have done to get it to fit

Just take your time when filing down
In the second picture I have managed to grind that end off
After a little while the adaptor fitted in.

I used the 8881 splined adaptors with the 4557 4'' offset mounts connected to 7610 Kinetic boards on my 9. The adaptor has a larger hole bore than the holes in the bikes mounting bracket for the OEM pin. I just drilled the bikes mount larger to match the adaptor and fitted a bigger bolt with a shim/spacer to prevent any wiggle. Easy on easy off and they adjust in everyway imaginable to get the right feel for the passenger.

dar1800, thanks for all the info on this. Im about to place an order for the 4351 floorboard for the rear. I know KY doesn't make an adapter for this board for the rear but are you saying that all I need is the 8828 adapter and simply file down the small lip at the ends and it will work?
