Yeah I noticed some marks in that spot.
They polished out but won't be able to do that forever.
Hope someone releases a good looking bib for them.
Also considering som custom painting which should get around the problem

How come while you were doing all this you didn't get rid of the tank seam?

I started to roll it like I did on the vtx. It lines up with the radiator and side panels and it really doesn't bother me. I do my own painting and wanted to get something done that would stand out. I may roll it later, right now I just want to ride. I have the vtx for the really custom work.

Just curious... what would it cost for a guy like me for a paint job like this? I kinda have some design ideas, but have no clue about pricing. Never had a bike painted before...

Let me know when you are ready. The price depends on what you want to do and if I am starting from your base or changing it. 1 Color base coat with clear on this bike would start at $850 (lots of little parts). Graphics would be priced depending on what you wanted to do.
