Look forward to see the paint job.

I want to remove the two stickers on the tank. Any ideas on how to without hurting the paint?

Hey Sailor, its pretty easy. All the stickers and emblems are stuck on with double sided tape or glue.
A hair dryer and something rigid but not hard enough to scratch helps. Some have good success sliding/sawing some mono
under the larger emblems to get them off.
Remember DO NOT BURN THE PAINT. just soften them up and start peelin/scrapin

That makes the tank look a little smaller. I like it! Now, how bout a white racing strip or two right down the middle of the bike? Like the Ford Cobra. Sweet muscle bike!

goo off at Home depot or any home improvement store. You can find it in the paint section. took me 10 mins. to take off tank stickers. dental floss works nice on the emblems.

Well I had mine removed the easy way. My tank came damaged from the crate and they failed to tell me this till I was there to pick the bike up. But it all worked out cause when they called to tell me the new tank was in I just asked them to leave ALL the decals off it. Very easy to do ;) and I love the new look!!
