6/16/06 UPDATE:

I just got off the phone with Jeff Wallace, and it looks like a bad transistor is the culprit. He's sending a new one today...Next-Day-Delivery. Great customer service, and very professional.

I just installed the JSD-3M, and found that the FI light has come on. No hi/low idle differences though. Anyone else have this issue. I have a CA model, don't know if that would make a difference.

I disconnected the unit, and put it back to stock, and the FI light went away. Put it back per instructions (even hard wired the ground to the negative battery terminal), and FI light back on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
