Welcome to the board. I agree, the exhaust tips look like they were designed for the end of a tailpipe on a car or truck.
I've seen worst looking exhausts. Those would look better they were painted to match the type of paint used on the other parts of the exhaust. As far as the rear fender is concerned. I don't see one and I don't see a front fender. Can you imagine riding that beast in the rain?
