hi i just finished helping my mate put lowering bones on his 109 and we had alot of trouble where the bones sit in the box section we could not understand if you didnt put the bush in the bones when you do up the bolt the box section would crush into the bone and stop it from moving because the original ones have bearings in them to fix this we drilled out the bones and put the bushes in and didnt do the bolts up to tight with locktite.the other problem we had was that the top of the bone on the exhaust side was hitting the shocker assembly we couldnt push it up to the bolt hole we had to trim the bone a little to get it up to the bolt hole they are on now and he is stoked with the looks i was wondering if anyone else had problems like this

did you check that the bones could move when you did the bolts up we tried to do the bolts up without the bush in and the bolts just crushed the boxes and we were no way near to the torque setting
