i have installed one of these on a buddy's bike very loud and comes with very good instructions.it was on sale for 39.00 at the time.I haven't bought one yet but will.

they work great, just dont let the relay get wet. find a nice dry spot to mount it or you'll be heading down to autozone to buy a new relay.

Any auto parts store carries them or you can order one from RIVCO, more money but excellent quality.

autozone or pepboys or any parts house. look by the fuses or show it to the clerk. i think i paid $6 for mine. after the second one went out, i sealed the next one in silicone and havent had a problem in at least 6 months now.
