Just finished installing the forks that I won from Big Joe courtesy of Firecat (thanks again) although it took me a little longer that I had expected it was well worth it.  They look AWESOME..

Had a little trouble..called Joe up and he got me back on track....thanks Joe.  Talk about GREAT support

I am cleaning it up tonight and will get pics tomorrow and add them.

Thankyou KewlMetal the forks really add to the aggressive looks of the 109.

Bill

Pics now added to Frappr

Re: Installed Kewlmetal chrome fork tubecovers

When you post the pictures could you post a brief "How To" on the install? I think more people would be buying these if they knew what all was involved in the install procedure.

I am still waiting on the 24mm wrench to take out the axle.
I couldn't find one so I made one out of a 15/16 bolt and two nuts. To keep the nuts from breaking loose I drilled a hole through both the nut and bolt and inserted a rollpin.

Worked great

Hey Billiards, do the 07's come with the clear lenses on the turn signals, or was that something you mod'ed yourself?
