got about $3.00 in it so far and a hour of my time,
i got a 5/8 expandable nut at ace hardware then i used a scrap piece of T-3 2023 AL .063 that i had at the shop, and i did it on my lunch break, but i think it is going to look great once i polish the AL bracket like i did my hub.

looks good so far be careful of that wedge ancore you do not want to buldge out your axle as it is a tight fit and could make it realy hard to remove. do not think it will happen but you just never know just a heads up!!:bigthumbsup: make sure you post pic when your done!!:bigthumbsup:

yeah i wrap a piece of mo hair around it so could help it stay with little torque seems to be workin but now i need to polish it

That looks good bro! :bigthumbsup::bigthumbsup:

Most are made with 3mm or .125 plate, let us know how the thinner stuff works. No use in carrying around more weight than needed. :D
