Hello to all...I've been trolling for a few days and am a proud new M109 owner...I landed on a silver bike...they just delivered it Saturday morning (22 April)...20
minutes after they unloaded it started to rain hard....so I shuffled it inside my garage.

It was clean and shiny as a pin...It was cold so I checked the oil and nothing was showing on the stick...being scared of this oil overflow problem. It ony has 1 mile on it...so I'm wondering what to do , I gues I'll fire it up and let it run for 15 mins and let 3 min tick by and check again.

I live near Va Beach Va. so it's been raining the last 3 days...All I've done is fire it up in my garage (with the door open of course) .

Can't wait to spin it around town . 2 dealers in town and I'm the 6th in Hampton Roads Va to own this puppy. So if anyone here is in the Chesapeake/ Va Beach Virginia area just post here and maybe we can make sum db's in the neighborhoods and set off alarms .

Look forward to sharing ideas..with you all ! Meanwhile I hear raindrops hitting my roof...soon , very soon !

Congrats welcome to the new thrill of the net and the road. Dot be shard of the oil thing. it won't have oil on the stick if it is cold. Just do what I do and check the oil at the end of the day instead of at the beginning after a few times it's no big deal just another way to do things.
I know the feeling! Beautiful weather her today but have the 109 torn down to the frame. Doing the graphics tomorrow then candy and clear. Man I can't wait to get it back together and show it off. I can tell you after taking it apart there will be a lot of trick 109s on the street. This will be very easy to modify and create some truly custom bikes.

All I can say is that you better have some good pics when your bike is done, Can't wait to see what it looks like.

Noty doing any mods yet but the paint should look very cool. I can tell you that this is a very easy bike to take apart. The fuel tank is much easier than the vtx's. One bolt and a quick release fuel fitting and its off.
