I found this browsing some website and I thought it was really cool. A customizable speedometer based on GPS readings and easy to hook up. Wondering if this would be of use to someone here!

I have a small digital speedometer, about the size of an old style LCD watch, that uses a sensor on the front wheel. I've never installed it but thought it would be neat to have something small and up higher to see. It's got a couple trip meters on it, lap timers, etc. It was made for a bicycle but has been tested up to 200 mph on other bike forums. And it was all of $15 shipped.
