hello,

I have a question that I know will get the answer to so here it it goes...

I am looking into getting steel braided galfer cables for brake and throttle(have one for clutch already). I have 2in risers on with my tach tucked into my cowl. My concern is no room with the tach in the cowl, my clutch cable is 3in longer and runs into the cowl and that is almost in the way. From my understanding regular cable lengths were ok with 2in risers but should I get the one with the extra 3in or or will I be ok with the 2in galfer cables?

Thanks

most all have posted that stock is ok with 2inch risers only if moved to the other side of tree. you cant move the brake lines there. If it were me . I would get the plus three incase you go to a longer riser some day. They are the same price I believe. Im in the process of putting plus three everything on.from risers to cables and brakelines.

I did the tach relocate, did the 3" cables, and brake hoses. all good and very clean and no issues.
Good Luck
