I had a problem about a week ago with my front brakes. Leaving work one evening I went for the front brakes and whoops there was nothing there. No pressure no braking. The Leaver went right to the grip. Stopped with the back brake and pumped the leaver half a dozern times and pressure returned. Since then not a problem. My question is.. What happened? Has anyone else had it happen? I've checked the reservoir and the lines. No leeks.

Gee - that's very weird. Perhaps there's a lot of moisture in the fluid? I installed stainless steel braided brake lines on my bike this winter. I was really surprised at how murky the rear brake fluid was. Suzuki recommends changing the fluid every two years and my bike was built in 2008 so it was due.

You really need to get that checked out by a competent mechanic. The front brakes are something that you need 100-percent of the time. Nothing to fool around with.

Good luck!
