I noticed the second day I had my bike that there was a slight fish eye in the paint just below the warning labels on the gas tank. Is there anything I can do under warranty, or am I just s*** out of luck?

Is it on the left side of the seem?

I'll have to go back and look but it seems to me like it was almost directly in the middle. Does that make sense?

Yes, but dead center or to which side of the bend/seam on the tank.
