does the fi2000r get the job done? Is it worth it?, or should I send it back and wait for something else. I have de baffeled pipes, the jsd3m installed and want to do bottlefed's intake mod. please help

i think for the price, it will do just fine. after my airbox mods are done, i will be ordering one. everybody who is running it seems to report good results.

i have it(fi2000r) and so far so good, it is basically for mild modifications such as pipes and air filters. i think you'll like it.

My question is can you do that mod (Fi2000) without changing the intakes and pipes and would it make a difference in performance to do it without changing anything else?

Well worth it IMO when used with the JSD mod. Nominal gains with just the JSD, great overall gains with both.

if you leave it at the factory settings i'd say yes it would help, when i changed my pipes i noticed the stock pipes had no smutt what so ever. you could swauve with your finger and no black smutt what so ever so it could'nt hurt.
