I was getting one, but I found it was because I sucked a parakeet into the airbox. :joke:

Sorta, kinda, maybe, there is a smooth metallic sound when accelerating which I like. It reminds me of an old muscle car with a real snotty motor I rode in once.

I was full of Fritz, but a high colonic took care of that.

Not to hijack the thread... honestly, I don't know what the chirping sound is. There's a lot going on down there. Could be anything. I'd check to see if the heat shield is loose. I remamber someone mentioning they used a piece of foam to stop theirs from moving around.

I know what you are talking about. I hear it on my bike and have been leaning toward whiring of the cam chains. If anyone has a better idea, please let me know.

Yeah thats it!! I was running up through a couple of gears on a side street when I saw this guy working on his house, when he heard that bad ass sound coming up the road he about snapped his neck turning to see what was making it!
