I recently put stock pipes back on, cant seem to make the FI light go out. The code came up C00, which supposedly means no defective part, so maybe its the FI itself. Should I just take it off?

i think i just turned the bike of and on a couple times and the code went away , with the wire plugged in. been a while since i did it,my problem was the bike went into limp mode because of dirty air filters.

I would guess you stripped the SET actuator if/when you reinstalled it. There's a link in the FAQ's at the top of this forum on how to disable the FI light caused by the SET by pulling a wire on the ECU.

The best way to clear codes if it's not showing a real code is by removing the negative battery cable for 10 to 15 minutes.
