I need to take my scoot in for some maintenance and since I've heard so many horror stories about Suzuki service departments, I'm trying to find a good one to take it to. Here are some of the dealers listed for the Dayton area:

Arbogast Suzuki, Troy
Voss Suzuki, Centerville
Southside Suzuki, Dayton

Do any of these dealerships have a good service department?

bought my bike at Southside, it's been in their service dept 3 times and there will not be a fourth. They lie about whats being/been done

I think Voss is just a car dealer, never heard of them doing bikes, and not familiar with Arbogast although his lot seems to be full of RV's and boats as well as cars.

Next time I need service, I'm planning to check out Clinton County Motorcycles. Never used them before but met the owners in Dayton last month and they seemed very cool. They are in the Wilmington area which is between Dayton and Cincy

CCM doesn't sell new Suzuki's anymore, but they do service them. I've not used them yet so I can't vouch personally.

Competition has a nice showroom, I think WhoDey has used them. All I know about them is they are high $$$

Are you saying their service dept charges big bucks for their work?
