I have avoided getting a custom speedo cover because of the issue with BLKM109R,

But I spotted this place on ebay and followed it back to this site:

I've never seen it mentioned, and it doesn't appear to be the place that was using copyrighted material.

I didn't see a price on their website, are they reasonable? They have some nice stock designs.

Yes. this is the "webslinger" guy that used a bunch of photos that were copwrite'd. The OP is wondering if the quality of the ebay vendor is better then this.

This is who man and a friend went through and we both had good luck with them. It was actually real cool and easy to work with. He custom made them to any changes we wanted to make to the graphics.
