That looks like someone modified the stock exhaust and added a car/truck exhaust tip to it.

If I may suggest,try to find out about flashing your ECU
before you spend money on the fuel controller... JMHO

In 12 years
the technology and accessibility to IT for reasonable cost
has significantly changed. And IMHO that IS the issue...
