I have a C109R -2008. Its the all-black model. To much black I think. I am thinking about re-paint the tank, the fenders and the side panels. Has anyone re-painted their C? Suggestions on a new colour? I want a discrete colour, but not as dark as black.

I'm going to have the kids at the local Vo-Tech school do mine this winter.
It's all black like yours.

I've post this at other sites and I always have someone say WOW kids did that! Then I say, yep done by high school kids. Then I tell them how much it costed and I either get no way or I'm lying. Total cost $47.25
Now for the down side, don't be in a hurry to get your parts back if you let the kids to your work, it took them 2 1/2 months to get the parts back to me but I wasn't riding last winter anyways.

This is a shot of my wifes C50, I'm thinking of doing the same style, a marblized but a different color. Paint is House of Kolor.

Hey Bossmav, did you have to remove the parts yourself or did they remove them?
I would like to get mine painted one color, instead of the two-tone it is now. I
already know what color. It's called "Midnight Blue", it looks black at night. I use
to have a 73 Malibu painted that color.
