i have this harness and was wondering if anyone has used it, the directions that came with it are not so good

I built my own however the only tricky part is trying to keep the stock horn in the loop as it is a PITA to hook up ...

I think bigpapa has some usefull info on his site you may want to look at ..

he hangs on " the other site " now if you want to get in touch with him.

I am using Ryan's harness he made and it went on so easy!!!!!! (both horns in the loop). Only thing is fat fingers take longer to install....................LOL!!!

I have skinny fingers and I still needed some long needle nose pliers to get the connectors on the stock horn .... It isn't the harness that makes it difficult , it is the location of the stock horn between the engine and the rad. not much room in there.

If you loosen the stock horn mounting bolt a little bit you can rotate it to get the electrical terminals out towards you for a little bit easier access....it's still tough though because of the very small space.

I did'nt have to rotate mine however I did on the other bikes .
