KIT 1: Is a HID low beam and Halogen high beam. It is a plug and play kit, no cutting or splicing wires. It is all kept in the headlight bucket. I think the low beam is brighter because there is no shielding around the bulb, but the high beam SUCKS. But you may never need your high beam with this kit. But it does throw a different color light out making it more noticeable. PM me if you want the group buy price on this kit.
This is how I installed it on my 9. This way you can still add the Stebel with no interference. I have seen no feedback if it fits on an R2 9.

Note- ALWAYS wipe the bulb and the rubber piece with some rubbing alcohol. Any oils from our or someones fingers will cause the bulb to burn out prematurely.
