I'm posting this here because I feel you guys need this kind of information! I'm quoting myself because I can!
Okay...
My bike was a "RED" '07 with zero miles when I purchased it. Now I have well over 37,000 miles on it and climbing!
Yes...I have had my share of troubles with my bike like it rolling off the kickstand denting my tank, broken turnsignal, bent shifter, also stuff happening like the fuel strainer clogging, clutch hub nut coming loose, had a tiny leak at the rear hub, chunk out of my rear rim from a jumbo rock, and my rear rotor is now coming loose. If I could buy another M109R knowing I could run into these issues again? I say..."Hell Yeah!"
I accept my bike for what it is! Its all mine!
Alright, my bike has had issues for sure....Big deal! So what?
If it was not for this forum, sponsors and the most awesome people here, I would have been totally out of luck, great friends and a heaping mound of unnecessary money toward repairs! I have traveled well, seen amazing sights, represented freedom, turned heads, scraped pegs, disturbed quiet neighborhoods, broke hearts, burned rubber, lost a cell phone at 140mph, got flashed more than my Harley buddies, "Debeavered!", rode it like I stole it, got my lean on, spent extreme lengths of time at the gas pump answering questions, burned holes in my pockets, ride a piece of rolling artwork, got some sweet photos in my album(babes), enhanced my self esteem, got bit by the mod bug, also had some of the best experiences in my life because of my bike. I really look forward to many more years packed with exciting experiences because of my Suzuki M109R!
