Trail of Tears ride - September 15 2007.

A bunch of us are going to meet in Huntsville that morning at 8:00 for breakfast. We will meet at the Market Street Cafe off University Drive in the Providence area. For maps and directions see link below or reply here and we'll get you to the cafe.

http://www.providence-huntsville.com/index.php?mainID=10&type=news&typeID=12

We plan to leave around 9:15/9:30 and head to Florence (McFarland Park) and then to Waterloo, AL. Plans are to stay for a few hours in this area and then head back. We are purposely leaving before the majority of the riders come through and will be staying ahead of most riders all day.

Anyone wanting to ride the route and avoid the traffic is welcome to ride along with us.

Nothing scheduled that I am aware of. I had wanted to pull something together this fall but there wasn't much interest in it. Had a couple of people say they might but nothing firm. It is not too late to get something in during November but the temps might stop a few. I am riding this Saturday with some friends up to lynchburg, TN for the BBQ cookoff and have no problem with others coming along if you want to. I don't have a departure time just yet but I expect it to be around 7 or 8am.

Ride on!
