The problem that I see in the write up is that they are attempting to classify this as a cruiser. Unfortunately, whenever a bike gets to have serious hp, they want to classify it as something other than a cruiser. They would call it a "naked bike". That is what they have been doing to the Vmax for years (197 hp), and they are also doing that to the new Rocket III. But at the same time, the Ducati Diavel was classified as a cuiser and given high marks. There just doesn't seem to be a standard set of rules when it comes to classifying a bike.
This would be interesting depending on what it actually looks like.
