    Default New helmet ...at last

Well , I am finally addressing this problem ... I have been riding with this half face "Pitt Boss " from Bell for years , but the thing is that the V-Stream windshield I have on my 9 is effective at best on a 20% covering for my chest and little more , so it has been uncomfortable for rides on the highway . The Pitt boss is also very hot , since it does not have any ventilation inside ,so , my whole head is covered in sweat after a short while from wearing it . Then , some time ago I got me a cheap modular full face to solve the problem , but I didn`t have into account the weight of the helmet . That thing weights 5 lbs and some ounces and after a while , my neck starts to hurt and the pain get down to the shoulders … bad idea.
Now, finally , I got fed up with this problem and 2 days ago I ordered a more expensive , better quality full face helmet , the Scorpion Exo carbon fiber ST-1400 that I believe it will solve my problem for good . It is very light weight and advanced tech .
It will arrive in a few days . I`ll post a couple of pics and my impression of it .

I just got a new Schuberth C4 Pro Carbon. It is a carbon fiber modular helmet. It is expensive, but super light weight and comfortable.

Well , I think it will work great for me (fingers crossed) but all reviews are positive and agree that the helmet is very comfortable and super light , at 3.3 lbs .
I also ordered the optional gold mirrored face shield so the helmet will look bad ass for sure .
The gold mirror face shield is not very dark itself in visibility . It is very close to the regular clear shield , so I can ride at night with it without having to change it and since the helmet has an inside dark smoke Sun visor , I have everything covered .

Update : Well, I received the Scorpion Exo ST-1400 helmet today , along with the optional gold mirrored face shield .
The helmet fit well and it is true to size , but the cheek padding is still very tight being brand new , so it will have to break in some to be perfect.
The helmet is very light weight , so it is great .
This is a truly beautiful helmet … I am very pleased with it .
I think that the combination of the carbon fiber and the gold mirrored face shield is bad ass .
Here are a few pics :

Congratulations, Scorpion makes a great helmet. I had the EXO 700 for years.
