Default Deciphering color codes on bearings and thrust bearing

Good day all. About a week ago my M109R locked up whilst riding. Did all the trouble shooting and found the problem was not electronic. Tried turning the motor manually but it was locked. Short of the long found that the thrust bearing on the magneto side of the crank dislodged itself and got stuck between the crank and the casing. I need to replace the thrust bearing and want to replace the outer crank bearings as well just as a precausion. I am however confused as to figuring out the color codes for the bearings. The casing on the outside is stamped BB and on the crank itself AL11AR. Any ideas as to figure this out.

I think the info you are looking for can be found in section 3-71 & 72 in the service manual. If you don't have the manual you can find it by searching the forum.
