    Why/What is leaking here??
And how do I stop it?
It is on the left side of the bike where the drive shaft connects to the engine.

Looks like oil, but you’ve probably confirmed that by now. It’s on your secondary drive gear, so I’d start my search there. There’s 2 o-rings on it, one on the side of the engine and on where the u-joint is. Check those.. parts 21 and 22 in this diagram https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/su...ar-model-k8-k9

Your secondary bearing has probably worn out and it messed up the seal. Listen for noice in the area while riding.

It isn't that bad to fix but I sent mine to Matt (futuR) for him to rebuild since he can get the bearing and had the tools so you don't have to purchase the whole assembly.

Yes while you have it off you should replace all the seals too.

It has been a few years but I think Matt rebuilt mine for $150. I would contact him.

If you have never taken it off, the shop manuel has the steps to remove it and there is a step by step thread on here too.
