Not looking to lower it any and I am around 250lbs for just normal riding. Was hoping to find a complete kit with seals but doesn't look like one is sold that I can find.
I installed 1.1 kg springs in my forks a couple of years ago and it was a huge improvement.
I am around 230 # and could bottom out the stock springs without trying too hard.
The 1.1 kg springs will be much stiffer, you just have to cut new longer pieces of 1" PVC pipe to get the pre-load correct.
You can see in the photo below how much travel I now have on the forks.....and there is no way you will ever bottom them out now.
These are the springs I bought, but Racetech is fine also.
I had a leaking fork seal about 2 yrs ago and upgraded to Racetech 1.0 springs in the process. As others have stated, huge improvement over stock springs. I followed Andy Medina (Some9) video and got it done. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14sSacYg1yA
Sonics are in both my bikes and work great plus they are less $.
You will need a tool to change out the spring. Traxxion. You will also need to cut the provided spacer to the correct length.
Just some information that may help.
