A question for anybody out there who has looked at the M109 bin file definitions while using Woolich software to flash their ECU.
In both the fuel and ignition maps,there is is two separate MAP MODES (set 1 and set 2).
These are separate from the two individual cylinder maps (cyl 1 and cyl 2),and different from Map Select (0 or 1) which you get by grounding a pin on the ECU.
The questions are this-
1.the bike doesnt have switchable map modes like a GSXR,so why two modes ??
2.which of these map modes does it run by default ??
3.which one do you flash,or do you just flash both and unify them ??
I have the bin file definitions for the 2011/2018 models as well as the 2009/2010,and they both have these map modes for IAP/TPS and
Any answers or advice would be greatly appreciated.
