did you look at the pads to see if they are very worn? Look in the window of your master cylinder front brake and also the color of your rear brake master cylinder. If they are very dark then your brake fluid needs to be changed and bled properly
I've found the brake feel on my M90 to be spongy at best. I purchased the bike with very, very low miles and it's been this way for the past 14,000 miles that I've put on it. I've been considering some kind of upgrade, whether it be stainless lines or an M109 brake swap?
After some investigation both front calipers leak. I have ordered new seals.
