    Default 21in tire selection

Hello, I was wondering if any of you have tried the new Metzler that is a 130/60/21? I just ordered some wheels and was hoping to run the shortest tire possible. The other Metz in a 21in is alil taller at 120/70/21. I figured the shorter tire would make fitment issues easier since I'm still running a stock fender. Please share your experience or opinions. Thank you

I have 21" wheel with 120 Avon Cobra Chrome tire. Love it but with fender extenders with stock fender it is getting trashed from smacking from nut under the headlight cowl.I don't have the raked triple trees

The 120 is a 70 height, the 130 is 60 so sidewall would be smaller

Thanks for the reply! What made you choose the avon over the metz? Also where did u get your fender extender brackets? do u think that running the 130/60/21 would solve the issue your having? what about stiffening the front end?

The wheel and tire package came with an Avon Cobra tire and I'd been looking at the new Cobra Chrome so I requested it. Avon are good tires so I figured I'd try something different. Fender extenders I got from Meancycles where I get most of my parts from. They have a set of stiffer springs that I will get. I think it will also handle better as there will be less front end dive than the stock ones
