Default Great to see the diversity of 109 riders

Before anyone gets offended-I mean the following in a very positive way.

I'm a big-time ADV rider (adventure bikes-aka dual/sports, on-off road). Most of the members on Facebook boards and that I've met in real life are old-ish white guys (I am one BTW). Most of the time when I see other races on those boards it's from a non-US country.

I rode a Triumph Rocket III-old white guys on those boards too.

An Indian Roadmaster. Same (though maybe a little more mixed).

With the M109R boards I see a great deal more racial diversity. Really happy to see people of every race participating so much in a (what-sport? lifestyle? hobby?) that I enjoy so much and is such a big part of my life. (and maybe my observation is all wrong and it's just been a coincidence). You meet some of the greatest people on bikes.

Idaho, I think you hit the nail on the head with your assessment of this Forum. Diversity and inclusion in most things in life generally produces the best results (IMHO).

You are so correct. I met a large and diverse group here locally. And after attending a couple of M109 meets, and the pre-meets that they used to have, we are more like a family. Meeting and riding with these guys is one of the highlights of my year. On the last Sunday of the meet, I am always anxious of when and where we can all meet up and do it all over again. Definitely family here.

Yep, and once a 9er, always a 9er. Regardless what your next bike is!

And for a guy like me (16 bikes in 13 years), that is very important.
I been to the MAM or pre-meet on 3 different M109's, a ZZR1200, 2 different spyders, a ford roush mustang, and this year I will be sporting a Vmax. Family is family.
